Our Team

  • Jess Geary-Cecotti

I’m the owner and founder of Namaha, where yoga isn’t just a workout—it’s a way home. My classes are based in Vinyasa and shaped by the Kest 7 Doorways Method, a practice that helps you flow, breathe, feel as you return to yourself.

I teach with the intention of making yoga real—not performative or perfect, but personal. Expect strong, creative flowing sequences with space to listen inward. Some days it’s about fire and focus, others it’s about letting go and allowing ease. Always, it’s about showing up.

At the heart of my teaching is Ishvara Pranidhana—the art of surrendering to your highest Self. I hold space for practitioners to explore yoga not just as a physical discipline, but as a daily devotion to living in alignment. On the mat, expect a dynamic, breath-led flow that invites deep presence, somatic intelligence, and emotional clarity. Off the mat, my hope is that your practice becomes a compass for your life.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
